In fall of 2021, Anderson Hallas embarked on an 18-month reinvention and transformation of our studio’s new home. It showcases the breadth of our work both historic reuse and contemporary design. The project included:
- Adaptive Reuse of a 1940s bungalow
- Design and materials reflective of Golden’s history
- Contrasting materiality of cool steel and warm wood - inside and out
- Interior spaces reflect the changing workplace needs of today
- Flexible workspaces to serve the diverse needs of the team
- Workspaces include traditional dedicated desks, flex “hotel” desks, a treadmill station and outdoor workspaces
- Our model shop highlights our dedication to Craft
- To support our team we have both a “Phone Booth” and employee wellness room
- Collaborative spaces include the prominent main conference room, “The Garage” and our Zoom Room
