Nationally recognized, award winning and growing Architectural Design Firm based in Historic Downtown Golden is currently seeking to add a full-time Office Coordinator to our team! For over 35 years, Anderson Hallas Architects has worked across the West enriching communities with historic and contemporary design. We are a woman owned small business – with the benefit of a close-knit team atmosphere.

This position combines office coordination and administrative support for the Principals of the firm while helping foster engagement among our dedicated team.

College degree preferred. High proficiency required in MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and Adobe Suite. Experience with accounting software Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus. Due to the vital nature of this role for the entire team, this is a full-time in-office position, with ability to begin immediately.
Job responsibilities include:
- Serves as the main welcoming point for the office
- Coordinate daily with the firm’s Principals for smooth operation of the office
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (letters, packages, check deposits, etc.)
- Support staff with any administrative requests
- Maintain a tidy and well-organized office environment
- Maintain staff and company calendars
- Plan and facilitate team building, social activities, and birthdays
- Make travel arrangements
- Manage new employee onboarding task list and assist with correspondence
- Manage lease agreements and coordinate with vendors
- Handle firm licensing requirements for state registrations
- Handle firm technical application licenses (i.e. Bluebeam and BIM 360)
- Print and ship architectural reports in a timely manner
- Perform various clerical tasks as needed (file papers, data entry, order/organize supplies, etc.)
- Coordinate lunches for continuing education opportunities
- Prepare conferences rooms for internal and external meetings
- Assist with coordination between firm and IT support vendor
- Assist Principals with records and vendor requests
- Assist with basic administrative tasks to provide support for accounting
- Daily and monthly tracking of benefits (wellness, gift cards, comp time, cafeteria plan, education, FAMLI)
- Printing and assembling checks
* Note: Salary range is commensurate with demonstrated experience, effectiveness, and expertise with skills, software, and tasks noted above. The range for this position is budgeted at $60,000-$68,000.
