Anderson Hallas led the renovation and addition of Denver Public Library’s Pauline Robinson Branch as part of DPL’s reinvestment in neighborhood libraries. This 6,500 SF expansion modernized the 1995 facility, transforming it into a more flexible and welcoming community resource for northeast Denver.
The project increased square footage to create expanded community gathering and programming space, reimagined the children’s area, and improved staff work areas. Comprehensive upgrades included new HVAC systems, improved lighting and electrical distribution, updated technology infrastructure, refreshed interiors, and enhanced accessibility.
Responding to strong community input, the renovation strengthened indoor/outdoor connections and supported the broader revitalization of the surrounding Holly Area.
